Do you think remote works at scale? 🚀
We have been talking a lot recently about GitLab's plan to IPO, how it will probably be the first 100% distributed company (900+ members now) to achieve this feat and what impact it holds for the future of remote.
Interestingly, I also came across Adam Schwartz's article this week on whether remote work can scale. He starts off by mentioning how an investor reached out to him asking how they have scaled at Articulate and then presents the case for why remote works (better) at scale.
Adam's arguments are convincing but I believe nothing would validate this better than success at IPO scale. Hence, our eyes are glued to the progress on GitLab's IPO
