As Covid-19 cases surge due to the spread of Omicron, companies & countries are backtracking on their return-to-office plans.

It's almost 2 years now since we were pushed into WFH, and return-to-office, even hybrid, still doesn't seem in sight. First, it was the Delta variant, and now it's Omicron.
