Read how Covid-19 brought a change in the way people work

This report tells me a couple of things. First, employees and companies are not aligned on working remote. Second, given the unemployment rate right now, there is likely (at least temporarily) a shift from a candidate/employee-centric market to an employer-centric market, so the employer results probably paint a more accurate picture of the future of work. 

Kudos. Very detailed analysis! The fact that most people want a mix of in-office and at-home aligns with my thinking - it's a great compromise. I was surprised to find out that a chunk of companies aren't taking any steps to prepare for such a situation in future!
