Workpuls

Workpuls has settings to track personal computers, which gives remote employees control over how the software tracks them. It still records what they're doing (but only when they turn it on). It has screenshots (optional), it tracks time on projects and tasks, as well as which apps and websites employees are using. Based on the employer's labeling, Workpuls calculates productivity as well.
